Since we all have a unique constitution and individual strengths, weaknesses, and habits, menopause cannot be viewed with a cookie-cutter mentality. The intensity of menopause will be different for each woman and the problems following menopause will also vary depending on many factors.
As a matter of fact, if viewed and supported properly, menopause can be a spiritually transforming and a health-promoting transition. Yet most women lack information about what is really happening and what are their choices to alleviate symptoms and prevent future problems.
Come join Priya and Vandana as we take you through the Ayurvedic perspective of the 3 stages of a woman’s life and at each stage how we can embrace the change and learn and become more of who we are of each chapter. During this session we will talk about how to create a lifestyle based on our unique constitution, the changes in diet that need to be considered and finally how to look after our skin so it radiates with glow and youthfulness.
